1. The object of the order is the upgrading of PPNT Gdynia's network infrastructure, including the supply of network equipment, including installation, configuration and warranty service.

2. This upgrade is intended to consist both of the replacement of equipment with new (supported by the manufacturer) and the introduction of modern fabric class networking technologies, which are intended to facilitate network management and the provision of network services to PPNT Gdynia recipients.

3. The detailed scope of the contractor's duties is set out in the tender documentation, in particular Annex 3 to SWZ 'Description of the object of the procution' and Annex No 4 to SWZ 'Designed Contract'.

1. The Contractor in accordance with the requirements described in the tender documentation in particular in Annex 3 to SWZ “Description of the object of the contract” and Annex No 4 of the SWZ “Designed Contract Terms” shall be tasked with providing, connecting and configuring the network equipment concerned .

2. The Contractor will perform the supply of equipment and perform all necessary installation work, including the work necessary to perform the described tasks, consisting in migrating the existing configuration of network devices to new ones.

3. The upgrade project requires the installation of new equipment in a way that ensures the operation of existing network services uninterrupted. With switching works, an unavailability time not exceeding one hour per day is allowed.

4. The subject of the order includes the delivery of the following items:

1) aggregation switches;

2) PoE access switches 48 port;

3) non-PoE access switches 48 port;

4) expansion modules, fiber optic inserts, DAC cables.

5. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee on the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 12 months.

6. Contractor will provide for the implementation of the contract of persons with current and relevant engineering certificates in the range of 4 areas of solutions: fabric, switches, network management system, NAC access control system.

7. The Contractor shall provide the Contractor with a detailed timetable for the implementation of the individual stages of the contract, within 7 days from the date of the signing of the contract. The schedule must obtain the acceptance of the ordering person.

8. The Contractor is obliged no later than three days from the date of conclusion of the contract to present documents proving the qualifications to the extent indicated in SWZ point 3.12 of the persons responsible for the execution of the subject of the contract, i.e. the current and relevant certificates (according to complex offer) valid until the end of the date of implementation of the contract in the scope of 4 areas of solutions: fabric, switches, network management system, NAC access control system.

9. In connection with the implementation of the contract, the contractor with whom the contract will be signed is obliged to have, for the entire duration of the contract, valid insurance coverage arising from the contractor's liability insurance contract in the scope of its activities related to the subject of the Agreement for the amount of at least PLN 1,500 000,00. The Contractor shall, within 3 days of the date of signing the contract, submit to the Contracting Authority a certificate or copy of the insurance policy confirming the conclusion and validity of the insurance contract meeting the requirements set out above. The Contractor shall present, together with the above certificate or policy, proof of payment of insurance premiums for the insurance contract entered into, which have become due until the date of conclusion of the contract, if this fact does not result from the very content of the certificate or policy.
