1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of medical waste with the code 180104, municipal and solid packaging waste with codes 150102, 150107, 200201, 200307, 200301 from the activities of SPSK-2 PUM in Szczecin.

2.The order consists of 2 tasks.

3The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers.

4. CHAPTER XX OF THE BID BOND specifies the requirements of the Contracting Authority for the payment of the bid bond.

5.CHAPTER II: CONDITIONS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT describes the detailed requirements for tasks 1 and 2.

6. Period of implementation of the subject of the contract: 36 months counted from the date of commencement of the provision of services.
