Replacement of the heating components with wear and the entire control system. Disassembly and reassembly of radiators. New laying of parts of the underfloor heating. Disassembly of the refrigeration units.

Replacement of the ventilation components with wear and the entire control system. Replacement of the fire damper actuators. Development of new rooms on the ground floor and upper floor. Complete renovation of the kitchen.

Renewal of toilet facilities and catering kitchen as well as the entire cellar distribution on 3 floors.
