The benchmarks to be considered in terms of quality are the functionality of the design solution, the architectural solutions of the design solution and its suitability to the environment, the life cycle of the design solution and implementation of design and construction, implementation of services and maintenance and PTS plan.
Project language is Finnish. An application for participation can be made and a consortium, or a consortium, can be selected to implement the project. Members of the grouping may not be reduced or changed. Members of the grouping may be added provided that the new members meet the requirements set out in this contract notice and provide the required documentation. These requirements must already be met by the grouping in which the application for participation is made.
