1. The subject of the contract is the supply of cereal and leguminous products.
2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://portal.smartpzp.pl/2rblog
3.The Contracting Authority provides for the right of options in the proceedings concerned. The right of options means that the Contracting Authority will definitely purchase a guaranteed quantity, while the execution of optional deliveries may occur only with the consent of the Contracting Authority, in the quantities indicated by him, at the applicable unit prices, at the time of implementation (of) the contract.
The subject of the order is the supply of cereal, legumes and potato products for the order
guaranteed and optional in the following quantities:
1. Wheat flour type 500 in the amount of - 16 000 kg, including basic flour - 8000 kg, op. - 8000 kg
2. Pasta – elbow in the amount of 5 500 kg, including basic – 2750kg, z. op. -2750kg
3. Pasta – 5,500 kg tubes, including basic pasta – 2750kg, z. op. – 2750kg
4. White rice in the amount of 8 000 kg, including basic – 4000kg, z. op. – 4000kg
5. Pearl barley in the amount of 6 000 kg, including basic - 3000kg, z. op. - 3,000kg
6. Buckwheat groats in the amount of 6 000 kg, including basic – 3000kg, with op. – 3000kg
7. Oat flakes in the amount of 2 400 kg, including basic oatmeal. – 1200kg, with op. – 1200kg
8. Corn flakes in the amount of 400 kg, including – 200kg, z. op. – 200kg
9. Apple muesli in the amount of 1400kg, including basic muesli – 700kg, with a pack of 700kg
10. Strawberry muesli in the amount of 1400 kg, including basic muesli – 700kg, z. op. – 700kg
11. Uniform white beans in the amount of 6000 kg, including basic – 3000kg, with op. – 3000kg
12. White beans Dwarf Johnny in the amount of 1500 kg, including z. - 750kg, with pack – 750kg
13. Shelled peas in the amount of 6000 kg, including - 3000kg, with pack – 3000kg
