construction insurance contract including a "Structural Damage" insurance contract with the additional "Equipment Elements" guarantee and a second-line ten-year collective liability contract relating to the extension of the Gabriel Montpied Football Stadium

The Transaction concerned by the insurance contract concerns the extension of the stands of the Gabriel Montpied Stadium, which consists of the development and construction of the new "East" stand with a capacity of approximately 5,870 seats, bringing the total capacity of the stadium to approximately 18,000 seats. In addition to the actual construction of the new "East" stand, the project also includes: - the creation of a landscaped and vegetated peripheral embankment enclosing the existing football pitch; - the creation of a peripheral pedestrian forecourt at the foot of the embankment; - the creation of a gymnasium and its annexes to the east of the site, located directly under the embankment; - the creation of business premises and annexes to the south of the site, including the main ticket office, integrated into the southern embankment; - the creation of a parking area to the east of the site offering approximately 500 parking spaces; - the creation of a metal-textile roof over the new grandstand extending well to the south and north, fully sheltering the ambulatory for the public on level N1. The works are being carried out in separate contracts (24 lots). The estimated total construction cost is approximately €76 million (including VAT). The work began on June 20, 2023 for a total duration of 26 months including the preparation period, except for lot 01 - earthworks - vRD - exterior developments, the start of which has been brought forward with an effective date of May 15, 2023. The estimated completion date for all the work is scheduled for the end of August 2025
