Maintenance of fire protection and property protection systems as well as emergency and evacuation lighting systems in the buildings of WULS-SGGW in Warsaw for a period of 12 months.

Order divided into parts:

Part I: Maintenance and periodic inspections within 12 months of SSP, smoke exhaust, Gazex, DSO and SUG systems and calibration of gas detectors in the facilities of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Part II: Maintenance and periodic inspections within 12 months of property protection systems in the facilities of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Part III: Maintenance and periodic inspections within 12 months emergency and evacuation lighting installations in the facilities of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

5.On-site inspection: a) The contracting authority provides for the obligation of the contractor to carry out an on-site inspection. • ongoing removal of system faults and defects, replacement of damaged or worn elements,

• periodic checking of the operation of fire alarm systems (including periodic inspections),

• conducting comprehensive checks of the interoperability of SSP systems with other systems installed in WULS-SGGW facilities such as: lifts, SWiN, AC, BMS.

Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of an employment relationship are set out in the model contract and annexes to the Agreement.

a) The contracting authority provides for the obligation of the contractor to carry out an on-site inspection. (written confirmation of the visit required).
