With this tender, RET wishes to contract a maximum of one Contractor who can produce and place 218 shelters at the RET stops in the RET transport area in Rotterdam, Vlaardingen and Albrandswaard before 1 December 2023. After 2023, it is possible that even more shelters will be placed or that the RET will order parts from the Contractor of the Agreement. The Agreement also covers the removal, disposal and demolition of old shelters in an environmentally responsible manner, in accordance with the requirements and wishes of the RET.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a Framework Agreement for:

1. the delivery and installation of approximately 218 shelters before 1 December 2023,

2. the delivery and installation of shelters during the contract period,

3. the supply of loose parts of various types of shelters during the contract term,

4. the demolition, removal and disposal in an environmentally sound manner of old shelters located at the relevant stops,

in the RET transport area in Rotterdam, Vlaardingen and Albrandswaard.
