The city of Pinneberg is planning an extension of additional classrooms and a cafeteria for the elementary school Rübekamp. The demand has arisen from a basic determination and preliminary planning, which are based on the upcoming planning. In this award procedure, planning offices with experience from similar measures are invited to participate in the competition for the following performance images: Planning services according to HOAI, step by step commissioning:

- Object planning acc. HOAI Part 3, Section 2, § 39 Open Air, Lph 1-9,
- Specialist planning acc. HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 51 Structural Design, LPH 1-6,
- Specialist planning acc. HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55 of the Technical Equipment for Equipment Groups 1 to 8, LPH 3-9,
- Consulting services acc. HOAI Part 5, 1.2 Building Physics, Building Acoustics (Soundproofing) and Room Acoustics, Lph 1-7,
- Consulting services in the area of planning-accompanying fire protection planning.
The client intends to assign the aforementioned planning services to a general planner.
The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service images.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required supporting documents.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be examined and the number of eligible candidates will be limited.
Phase 2 candidates will be invited separately for a negotiated procedure. The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.
The total construction costs of KG 200 to 700 are estimated at EUR 5.2 million gross.
