The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Tyczyn Municipality and the provision of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste. The Contracting Authority shall divide the contract in question into two parts/tasks

The scope of the contract includes:

1) Receiving the following types of municipal waste generated in the territory of the municipality of Tyczyn from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside:

(a) other mixed waste;

(b) segregated municipal waste (glass, waste paper, metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging, municipal waste biowaste, slag and ash);

(c) other waste (expired medicines, spent batteries, repair and construction waste from repairs and other construction works, carried out by the owner of the property in his own right, for the performance of which a building permit is not required, or to carry out which no application is required to the architectural and construction administration, used electrical and electronic equipment, large-size waste, spent tires).

2) The use of collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with the rules in force.

3) Achieving certain levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, as well as reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

4) Documentation keeping related to the activities covered by the contract.

5) Inspection of property owners in the field of collection of municipal waste in a manner not in accordance with the Regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the municipality of Tyczyn.

6) Equipment for the declaration by the resident, property with containers and bags for collection of waste — sale or conclusion of a container lease agreement with the owner of the property.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of execution of the order shall include the Description of the Order Subject (OPZ), which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the provision service, service, collection and development of segregated municipal waste supplied by the residents of the Municipality of Tyczyn to the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK). The location of the Municipal Waste Collection Point from the border of the municipality of Tyczyn shall not exceed 14 km. In the PSZOK made available, the Contractor will accept from the residents of the Municipality of Tyczyn, without charging additional individual fees, selectively collected municipal waste produced in households and comprising:

1) paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and paperboard packaging waste,

2) metal waste, including packaging waste from metals,

3) Plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste

4) multi-factory packaging,

5) Glass waste including packaging waste from glass,

6) biowaste constituting municipal waste,

7) ash and slag,

8) furniture and other large-sized waste,

9) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

10) worn tyres,

11) Repair and construction waste from repairs and other construction works carried out by the owner of the property in his own right, for the performance of which a building permit is not required, or for the execution of which no notification is required to be made to the administration architectural-building,

12) spent batteries and batteries,

13) expired medications,

14) hazardous waste, chemicals, waste containing mercury (thermometers, mercury lamps, fluorescent tubes), organic solvents, cleaning products, etc., and packaging after them, plant protection products (insecticides and herbicides, etc.) and packaging after them, residual paints and varnishes, adhesives, agents for maintenance and protection of wood, etc., aerosol packaging, residues of domestic disinfectants, spent lubricating oils, metal preservatives, etc., various chemical reagents e.g. photographic packaging, expired medicines,

15) wastes not eligible for medical waste arising in the household as a result of the intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes.
