As part of the development of De Bieshoek in Zwijndrecht (Waaslandhaven), a design study was carried out on behalf of the Left Bank Corporation.

The purpose of this design study was to develop a design vision and to draw up a design plan based on the results of the design vision.

Maatschappij Linkerscheldeoever wishes to further develop the development plan technically, with a view to drawing up an environmental permit application and an implementation file.

Sub-assignments are:

- the execution of the technical study, based on the available design study,

- the preparation of the environmental permit application file, initially for the Bieshoekbos zone,

- drawing up the contract documents and the inspection report, initially for the Bieshoekbos zone,

- monitoring and supervising the work of the contractor, initially for the Bieshoekbos zone,

- related assignments.

The contracting authority reserves the right to extend this assignment to assignments that are linked to this assignment in order to ensure a smooth settlement.
