The Association is looking to appoint suitable gardening contractors to undertake its Grounds Maintenance work, which consists of small estates and retirement housing schemes with communal gardens to maintain to a high standard. This would include grass cutting, maintenance of shrub beds and general gardening work to ensure all areas are kept tidy.

The Sheltered Housing & Homes for Life areas require a person whose work is to a high standard and who can relate to the needs of the elderly.

This tender has been divided into lots dependent on geographical areas of the County and a tenderer is able to either tender for individual lots, several lots or all lots.

TUPE will apply to Lot 1 and Lot 2 only.
