PR409488 - 3350 -W hydrogen compressor for compressed gaseous hydrogen storage
The test stand will be operated without permanent staff presence (directly at the test stand). In order to achieve the required load changes of the tube storage (cyclic loading and unloading of the tubes with hydrogen), it is currently assumed that the test stand must be operated for 24 hours -> please note: Noise or measures to reduce noise emissions from the compressor are important and to be taken into account! The installation site is classified as an industrial area. According to TA Noise, a maximum of 70 dB (A) is permitted.
The compressor system as a pressure source must be intrinsically safe.
Data generated by the compressor (e.g. pressure curves, cycles, error messages, warnings, media levels, etc.) should be readable. Ideally, it can be tapped and integrated into the control and data acquisition of the test stand process technology.
The test stand itself will be located on an outdoor area. The compressor must also be installed outside. Required weather protection (sun, rain, frost) for the compressor must be taken into account if necessary.
