The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Szczurowa from the villages of: Barczków, Dąbrówka Morska, Dołęga, Górka, Kopacze Wielkie, Księże Kopacze, Kwików, Niedzieliska, Pojawie, Popędzyna, Rajsko, Ruda Rysie, Rylowa, Rząchowa, Strzelce Małe, Strzelce Wielkie, Szczurowa, Wola Przemykowska, Wrzępia, Uście Solne, Zaborów in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Voivodship for the years 2016-2022

The scope of work includes collecting municipal waste from real estate where residents live,

Including:

a) collecting unsorted waste (mixed),

b) collecting segregated waste,

c) collecting biodegradable waste,

d) collecting bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tires.

The area of the Szczurowa commune is 135 km 2 . Population - 9,602 as at 31/12/2017 (+/- 5%), number of households as at 30/09/2018 - 2,369. Indicative number of real estates from which municipal waste will be collected:

Note: The numbers of properties, farms and people are approximate. The Employer reserves the right to change the number of waste collection points or the number of inhabitants and farms (+/- 5%). Estimated amount of waste to be collected from the Szczurowa commune during the term of the contract:

- segregated waste - 143 Mg

- unsorted waste / mixed / - 790 Mg

- bulky waste, tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment - 170 Mg

- biodegradable waste - 2 Mg

Note: The amount of waste generated and collected from the Szczurowa commune is not dependent on the Employer and may change during the performance of the contract. The contractor should price the order based on the data of min. regarding the number of inhabitants and households.
