The subject of the contract is: "Construction of sanitary sewage system in Wrzosowa Street in Bolesław". Scope: 1. execution of gravitational sanitary sewerage in Wrzosowa Street, discharging sewage to the existing sanitary sewerage network in Chmielna Street along with the execution of canal connections.; 2.implementation of the draft amendment org. traffic for the duration of the works, 3. execution of marking and securing the work area in accordance with the project. changes in traffic organization, 4.obtaining from the owners of plots statements on the restoration of the plot after the construction of the plot to proper condition and order, 5.performing the restoration of the surface,6.developing full documentation above. with CCTV inspection, 7.geod support. along with the inventory of geodes. powykon. and making a survey sketch, well cards, with confirmation of notification to resources, 8.obtaining statements of owners and users of underground networks about the non-violation of their resources,9.effective notification of completion of construction to PINB.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment: “Construction of sanitary plumbing in Wrzosowa Street in Bolesław”. The task will be carried out on the basis of project documentation and construction permit - Decision No 132/2022 of 01.03.2022 issued by Starost Olkuski.

2. The scope of execution of the subject matter of the contract shall include

2.1. the implementation of gravity sanitary sewerage within Wrzosowa Street, discharging sewage into the existing sanitary sewer network in Chmielna Street with the implementation of sewer connections:

(a) gravity channel must be made from PVC pipes Solid wall of class S, SN8, SDR34 with a diameter Ø200x5,9 and a total length of 121,60 m. 6 pcs of PP plastic sinks with diameter Ø1000 with relief concrete cone or relief ring must be built on the channel. Wells equip with cast iron hatches class D400 type SLW60.

b) sewer connections shall be made of PVC-U pipes with a solid wall of class S, SN8, SDR34 with a diameter of Ø160x4.7 and a total length of 55.70 m. 8 pcs should be built on the connections. PLASTIC inspection wells made of PP with a diameter of Ø315. Wells equip with cast iron hatches class D400 type SLW60.

2.2. implementation of the project of changing the organization of traffic for the duration of the works,

2.3.execution of marking and securing the work site in accordance with the project of changing the organization of traffic,

2.4. obtaining from the owners of plots statements on the restoration of the plot after the construction of the plot to proper condition and order, the template of the statement is attached as Annex 15 to the SWZ,

2.5. the execution of the pavement restoration, according to the design documentation and the object of the works,

2.6. development of full as-built documentation along with CCTV inspection using an industrial camera with the measured longitudinal profile of the pipeline – paper version – 1 set. and electronic (PDF format on a pendrive) – 1 pc.,

2.7. geodetic service with as-built geodetic inventory and geodetic sketch – 4 sets, well cards – 2 sets. and an electronic version (PDF format on a pendrive) – 2 pcs., with confirmation of notification to the resources of the appropriate geodetic and cartographic center,

2.8. obtaining statements by owners and users of underground networks about non-infringement of their resources,

2.9. effective declaration of completion of construction to the District Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Olkusz.

3. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract shall include, attached to the SWZ:

- design documentation,

- the object of works,

- technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

constituting annexes from No. 12 to No. 14 to swz.
