The procedure has as its object the assignment of the supply of natural gas at variable prices, to be made in compliance with current laws and regulations, to the current users of Via Dei Toscani 3 / c 46100 Mantova (PDR 15870000016718 – REMI 34494600), for the supply of the compression system for the refueling of buses of Apam Esercizio Spa for a duration of 6 months, or from 01/10/2022 to 31/03/2023, and for a presumed quantity equal to Smc 760,000.

A possible technical extension is envisaged, from 01/04/2023 to 30/06/2023, for a presumed amount of Smc 340,000.

The natural gas to be supplied is unequivocally understood as "methane gas" taken from the national distribution network and must be composed of gases consisting of hydrocarbons or mixtures of hydrocarbons, essentially methane, in accordance with the quality standards provided for by the Transport Network Code of the major operator, pursuant to ARERA resolution no. 185/05e s.m.i..

The amount of the supply of natural gas, for the entire contractual period of 6 months including the option of extension of three months, is provided for in the presumed total Smc 1,100,000.
