Parking enforcement services. The Hillingdon Hospital - NHS Trust requires a contractor to control enforcement of its car parks at its Hillingdon and Mt Vernon Site.

The contract will require a solution to ensure that parking contraventions are managed effectively and efficiently from initial enforcement to collection and management of outstanding infringements and associated debt as a result. The primary concern for this contract is to protect safe access to site and protect associated parking revenue streams.

The trust welcomes ideas that would present the most economically beneficial supply of this service that is as a minimum cost neutral for the trust.

It should be noted that this award will result in a cost neutral solution for the trust.
