The London Lorry Control Scheme restricts movement of Heavy Goods vehicles (HGVs) in London at night time and weekends. the contrcat consists of Lot 1 Enforcement which involves the provision of staff, vehicles, equipment, infrastructure and resources as appropriate to enable the observation of contraventions and issue of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and enquiry letters.
