The blind institute currently operates a Siemens Hicom 3750 PC-system. Due to a new build, a new telecommunications system has to be procured because the old telecommunications system is no longer expandable and manufacturer service is no longer offered. As a first step, the new telecommunice-system will be installed in the new building. The old PC-system is connected to the new PC-system via an S2M connection.

The changeover in inventory and the connection of the branch offices will take place after the technical requirements have been manufactured, expected in the second half of 2022.
