The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gas fuel for the Purchasing Group of the Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (group E), consisting in the sale of gaseous fuel and ensuring the provision of its distribution to the Ordering Party's gas fuel consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text) Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" and in implementing acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards. The quality standards of gaseous fuel are described in the Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (consolidated text. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158, as amended) and the applicable Distribution System Operator Tariff.

2. The proceedings covered gas fuel consumption points where customers are "subject to tariff protection", i.e. customers referred to in Article 62b paragraph 1 point 2 of the Energy Law and customers who are not protected. In Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority indicated in relation to which point of consumption of gaseous fuel the provisions of Article 62b apply and according to which percentage indicator. The Contracting Authority (recipients) together with the signing of the contract with the Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous will submit relevant "Statements of the recipient of gaseous fuels" (from Article 62ba and/or Article 62bb of the Energy Law) according to the template established in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 28 January 2022 on the templates of statements submitted by recipients of gaseous fuels on the purpose of using special solutions in connection with the situation on the gas market.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ together with the list of gas fuel consumption points constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
