the purpose of this contract is to extend drinking water and wastewater networks throughout the territory of the Régie des Eaux du Pays d'Aix. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, which will be executed in accordance with Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This contract is allocated: - lot 1: Supply and installation of drinking water and wastewater networks - lot 2: Drinking water and wastewater pumping station work The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. This contract is renewable. It may be renewed 3 times 1 year by tacit agreement without exceeding December 31, 2027. The contract was awarded with a minimum amount of 1 000 000 euro(s) and with a maximum amount of 5 000 000 euro (s) for lot 1 and with a minimum amount of 50 000 euro (s) and with a maximum amount of 500 000 euro (s) for lot 2

The work of this contract is to be carried out as and when the needs arise during the year according to the requests and necessities. The locations of the operations to be carried out are not known and will depend on these requests. This work mainly consists of:- laying ductile iron drinking water pipes, in nominal diameter of 100 to 200 mm, when creating fire hydrants or new developments when the public network is insufficient or non-existent.- Laying ductile iron drinking water pipes, in diameter 200 to 600 mm during safety mesh,- to lay sewerage pipes Waste water in stoneware or polypropylene, in nominal diameter of 200 to 300 mm, during new developments or special needs and that the public network needs to be diverted or is non-existent.- To make connections of these pipes to the existing network.- To transplant possibly on these new pipes, in some special cases, existing connections, or even to renovate certain structures included in the perimeter of the entrusted site

This work consists essentially of: - dimensioning, supplying and installing wastewater discharge stations and their ancillary works (technical rooms, generator, deodorization unit, VRD, various civil engineering ...) - to dimension, supply and install metering units, drinking water overpressure, as well as their ancillary works (technical rooms, generator, VRD, civil engineering, flow meter, various ...) - to install and connect remote management means- to make connections of these structures to the existing viabilities.- To transplant possibly on these new structures and pipelines, in some special cases, existing connections, or even to renovate certain structures included in the perimeter of the site entrusted
