This is a stock market of works intended for the rehabilitation of public housing (apartments and houses all combined), mostly unoccupied, and for which work is to be carried out following the inventory Release. Occasionally, it will also be used for punctual repair work which, for reasons specific to the contracting authority, could not be carried out by its own labor management. In this specific case, the accommodation will be occupied.

This market is divided into two lots:

- lot 1: covers the municipalities of Manage, La Hestre, Bois-d'Haine, Fayt-lez-Manage, Hiane Saint-Paul, Haine-Saint-Pierre, Maurage, La Louvière and Boussoit;

- lot 2: covers the municipalities of La Louvière, Saint-Vaast, Trivières, Houdeng-Goegnies, Houdeng-Aimeries, Strepy-Bracquegnies and Thieu.
