Framework Agreement for the assignment of the "Management and building maintenance of the public maritime state areas of the channel port of Ravenna and the areas owned by the Port System Authority of the Northern Central Adriatic Sea".

Management, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the common parts in the port area as well as the areas and assets entrusted in management / use or owned by the Port System Authority of the central-northern Adriatic Sea. Custom-made works (extraordinary maintenance) in SOA Categories: OG3 Class IV bis; OG1 Class I, OG7 Class II; OS21 Class I, OS28 Class II, for a total of € 4,300,180.50, of which € 96,680.50 as security costs not subject to reduction. Body services (ordinary maintenance at quarterly fee postponed) € 3,240,864.00 of which € 72,864.00 as security costs not subject to reduction.

Duration of the Framework Agreement: 4 years. The duration of any application contracts, provided that they are signed under the Framework Agreement, may exceed the duration of the Framework Agreement.
