Description:

The subject of the order is the supply of surgical sutures for the hospital at ul. Swiss 3 in the assortment, types and quantities listed on the attached offer form. The subject of the order are surgical sutures, high quality, meeting all the conditions required in the description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract also includes the supply of surgical sutures to the contracting authority with the transport of the Contractor or organized by the Contractor to the Hospital Pharmacy at ul. ul. Swiss 3.
