Tenders are wanted for a complete project group excluding an architect for a welfare centre that Østre Toten shall establish at Lena, with 110 24-hour places with the required area estimated to approx. 12 000 m2 gross, plus a car park. The project's current plan is to start in autumn 2017, with completion in 2019. The contract is for the complete preliminary project with options for the tender documentation, working documentation and follow-up of contracts in the construction period.
