The tender relates to the services of green space and outdoor facilities maintenance at the locations of the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences.

Individual items in the bill of quantities (e.g. the number of maintenance cycles for work to be carried out on a regular basis; especially mowing work) may deviate slightly up/down due to weather conditions. Their approach results from averaged annual values of the past. Any actual discrepancies will not affect prices or other items in the bill of quantities.

The services are awarded as a total service. Details on the types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in particular in the service specifications.

All individual services are to be offered. There is no provision for the individual awarding of individual services.
