The municipalities in Hallingdal shall procure a new system for administration and communication for the nurseries in Hallingdal (24). The Contracting Authority wants to enter a Framework Agreement for the implementation and operation for a period of up to 4 years (2 + 1 + 1) with option for extension.

The contract shall be implemented in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, Part III. Options for submitting tenders for the administration system and the communication tool, respectively.

The Contracting Authority may be interested in tenders for both cloud systems as well as locally installed programmes.

Tenders are requested for software systems, implementation projects, possibly local installation, training, support/user-support and operations/operations support.
