Broni Stradella Pubblica Srl intends to proceed with the assignment of the supply of 5 new rear compactors to be used in urban waste collection services. The supply must be completed no later than the maximum term of 180 (one hundred and eighty) consecutive calendar days starting from the date of stipulation of the Contract, or within the shorter and improved term offered during the tender by the successful bidder. In any case, for the purposes of the warranty-after-sales service, the contract has a maximum duration of 12 months, or a duration equal to the greater period of warranty-after-sales assistance offered during the tender, starting from the date of delivery by the successful bidder of the last vehicle.
