1. The subject of the contract is 'Collection, export, recovery and disposal of sewage sludge, sand and grids'.

2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted for individual tasks:

A. TASK NO. 1 SEWAGE SLUDGE – COLLECTION, DISPOSAL, RECOVERY OR DISPOSAL OF WASTE

B. TASK NO. 2 SAND AND GRIDS – COLLECTION, EXPORT, RECOVERY OR DISPOSAL OF WASTE

A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Chapter IV of the Terms of Contract (SWZ) and the draft contractual provisions, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

1) The object of the order is the collection, transport and recovery by composting (recovery process — R3) of stabilized municipal sewage sludge approximately 20% p. m. dehydrated on the decantation centrifuge (waste code: 19 08 05) from the wastewater treatment plant in Muszyn.

2) At the time of receipt by his own means of transport, the Contractor becomes their holder and assumes full responsibility for the manner of their further development, including transport and processing, which should comply with the authorisations held, including the decision authorising the operation activities in the field of collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste codes 19 08 05. The contract must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and implementing acts.

3) The contracting authority estimates that in 2023 there will be approx. 500 Mg of municipal sewage sludge to be collected.

4) The Contractor during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract is obliged to

(a) the provision of its own transport for the reception of municipal sewage sludge in accordance with the authorisation held,

b) collection of sludge with own containers (KP30), from the sewage treatment plant in Muszyna.

5) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure:

a) collection of stabilized sewage sludge from the treatment plant within 48 hours from the date of notification,

(b) the permanent and legible marking of the cars, in a prominent place, the name of the company and the address details and telephone number of the Contractor;

(c) safeguards against uncontrolled discharge of waste, during storage, handling and transport;

d) vehicle construction, which will protect against blowing and spraying transported waste and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on waste, in accordance with applicable law.

1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service of collection, disposal and disposal of waste with codes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog, i.e.:

Skratek 19-08-01 in the amount of:

a) 20 Mg (tonnes) from the sewage treatment plant in Muszyna

b) 4 Mg (tons) from the sewage treatment plant in Andrzejówka

c) 4 Mg tonnes) from the sewage treatment plant in Żegiestowo

and the content of sandboxes 19-08-02 in the amount of:

a) 10 Mg (tonnes) from the sewage treatment plant in Muszyna

b) 2 Mg (tonnes) from the sewage treatment plant in Andrzejówka

c) 2 Mg (tonnes) from the sewage treatment plant in Żegiestowo

2) The amount of waste generated depends on the quantity and quality of wastewater that flows into treatment plants.

3. The Contractor shall, in particular, be obliged to:

a) leaving for loading min. 3 metal KP7 containers on each treatment plant 1 pc. by removing them from carriers/vehicles. Loading works of waste into containers are performed by the Ordering Party.

b) receipt of slatted boxes and contents of sandboxes from the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. sewage treatment plants in Muszyna, Andrzejówka and Żegiestów. The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of the need to export waste. Waste collection will take place from the place designated by the Ordering Party in the City and Spa Commune of Muszyna within two days from the date of receipt of the notification from the Ordering Party, from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 14:00.

(c) the export of grids and sandbox contents by transport adapted for that purpose.

d) disposal of waste in the form of grids with the code 19-08-01 and the content of sandboxes with the code 19-08-02 from the sewage treatment plants in Muszyna, Andrzejówka and Żegiestowo.

4) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure:

(a) the permanent and legible marking of the cars, prominently, the name of the company and the address details and telephone number of the Contractor;

(b) safeguards against uncontrolled discharge of waste, during storage, handling and transport;

(c) a vehicle structure which will protect against the spattering and spraying of the waste transported and minimise the impact of atmospheric factors on waste;

d) vehicles that meet the requirements set out in the law, in particular are tight (do not cause leaks), stable (prevent slips and sandbox contents and their penetration outside the vehicle), have a load capacity and strength adapted to the export of grids and sandbox contents.
