The present of Project Management concerns the realization of a real estate complex avenue Anatole France in the Municipality of La Valette du Var
The program focuses on:
Asbestos removal of existing buildings,
Possible depollution,
Demolition of existing buildings,
The realization of 260 new housing units and rehabilitation in R + 4 divided into:
145 housing units in free accession
75 social rental housing units (PLUS/PLAI)
Rehabilitation of the old school into 40 intermediate housing units adapted to seniors (studio) with a reception / concierge and a common room for 30/40 people.
The realization of 4667 parking spaces.
The realization of landscaping of the common areas to the housing on approximately 6,120 m² with a playground.
The realization of the VRD, landscaping, green spaces and the development of the surroundings, including the creation of a link between Allée Julie Agniel, Avenue François Fabié and Chemin des Terres Rouges.
The present contract is a project management contract for the realization of a real estate complex located Avenue Anatole France in the Municipality of La Valette du Var.The program focuses on:- The removal of asbestos from existing buildings,- The possible depollution,- The demolition of existing buildings,- The realization of 260 new housing and rehabilitation in R + 4 divided into:- 145 housing units in free access- 75 social rental housing (PLUS/PLAI)- Rehabilitation of the old school into 40 intermediate housing units adapted to seniors (studio) with a reception / concierge and a common room for 30/40 people.- The realization of parking in accordance with the PLU zone UBd (1 place per social housing, 2 places per housing in free accession), and some visitor places for a total of 467 places.- The realization of landscaping of the spaces common to housing on approximately 6,120 m² with a playground.- The realization of VRD, landscaping, green spaces and development of the surroundings, including the creation of a link between the allée Julie Agniel, Avenue François Fabié and the Chemin des Terres RougesThe estimated envelope provided by the client for the work (asbestos removal and depollution included) is 25,000,000 euros HT.
