The Framework Agreement aims to determine the conditions of the management of the care service in the day center and in a residential center with day care for dependent adults (over 18 years of age and under 65), with intellectual disabilities affected by the disorder of the autism spectrum.

For the purposes of this specification, day centers and residential centers with day care are conceived as social facilities designed to provide users with specialized attention and personal and social empowerment, by means of an agreed individualized program, which is answered through a set of activities, management of opportunities and supports, which contribute to achieve significant results in their well-being, participation and, in general, in their quality of life. The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once contracted under the contracts derived from it, will be integrated into the Public Network.
