The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out programming studies for the benefit of the Directorate of Buildings of the Department of Vienne (Colleges, Social Poles and Departmental Solidarity Houses, Road Centres, etc.).

The missions concern both the construction of buildings and the development of built or unbuilt sites. The contract is applicable to new constructions and rehabilitations / extensions.

The holder of this contract, hereinafter referred to as "Programmer" is required to intervene throughout the territory of the Department of Vienne for the operations concerned by the subject of this contract
