The district of Altötting intends to conclude a purchase contract as part of an open procedure. The subject of the order is the supply of gas to the district's own properties.

10 SLP delivery points are to be supplied with a total of approx. 1,566,425 kWh of gas, which are to be offered and completed together. The addresses of the individual delivery points, billing addresses, connection and consumption data can be found in the corresponding delivery point overview.

The procurement and price fixing of the consumption quantity by the contractor takes place on the day of the award of the contract by the client. If the gas market is not liquid at this time, procurement and price fixing must be carried out immediately upon re-emergence of liquidity. Upon transmission of the final energy price, the client must be informed of the trading day on which the price fixing was based.
