The contracting authority will enter into a contract for line clearing, i.e. felling and clearing of vegetation, under and on both sides of high-voltage line routes in its licence area.

The contract will regulate manual felling and clearing of vegetation under and along high-voltage lines (22 kV) in the contracting authority's licence area. The assignments include felling and scrub clearing within restricted clearing zones.

The restricted clearing zone varies from 7 metres (3.5 metres from the centre) to 20 metres (10 metres from the centre).

The scope of the contract work is estimated at a total of 6076 acres, of which 78 acres are carried out in the garden and 1453 acres are side forest into the lawn width. Clearing in gardens and side forests is carried out by invoice, while other clearing is invoiced per acre.
