Ordinary procedure opened pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as well as art. 133, paragraph 8, of the aforementioned Procurement Code (procedural reversal), of Law no. 55/2019 of conversion of Legislative Decree no. 32/2019 and art. 52 of Law no. 108/2021 of conversion of Legislative Decree no. 77/2021, in Consip Application Service Provider (ASP) mode, concerning the procurement of material in the C4 sector suitable for guaranteeing the support and maintenance of the armed forces' infostructure by the Transmission Command and dependent units, through the stipulation of a three-year framework agreement divided into five functional lots.
