I. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining order and cleanliness on roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, squares and descents located in the city of Nowy Sącz.
II. The Ordering Party divides the order into 2 parts, hereinafter referred to as "Tasks", i.e.:
1. Task I – Maintaining order and cleanliness in the city of Nowy Sącz (Śródmieście).
2. Task II – Maintaining order and cleanliness in the city of Nowy Sącz (area excluding Śródmieście).

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the territorial and material list of the areas covered by the contract and the standard according to which the services must be performed, is set out in Annex 1.1 and Annex 2 to the specification.
