The Oil and Gas Authority (‘OGA’) wishes to secure the Provision of Regional Exploration Maps with supporting data covering the UKCS, and the Provision of Geoscience Consultancy Services.

Technical subsurface regional maps and supporting data which can be used by the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) and its partners to promote exploration and production activities on the UKCS. The intention is to make the maps freely available (under the Open Government Licence v3.0 or similar) as part of the UKCS digital subsurface datasets which will be downloadable from the OGA website or future National Data Repository.

Geoscience subsurface project services in support of the OGA's regulatory functions, including but not limited to regional geoscience studies, lead and prospect mapping, identifying hydrocarbon prospectivity, supporting the calculation of prospective and contingent resources and quantification of the UKCS's total remaining undiscovered resource volumes.
