Renovation of the voivodeship road No. 832 Wola Rudzka – Poniatowa – Krężnica Okrągła from km 2+240 to km 4+240

1. The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the renovation of the provincial road No. 832 Wola Rudzka – Poniatowa – Krężnica Okrągła from km 2+240 to km 4+240

2. The scope of works includes:

1) Marking the place of works in accordance with the project of temporary traffic organization

2) Preparatory works (measurement and demolition)

3) Corrective milling

4) Making a leveling layer of concrete AC 16 W 35/50 gr. min. 3 cm

5) Execution of the anti-cracking layer – mesh with geotextile with tensile strength of 120 kN/m2

6) Making a binding layer of concrete AC 16 W 35/50 gr. min. 6 cm

7) Making a wear layer of concrete AC 11S PMB 45/80-85 and concrete AC 11S 50/70 gr. min. 4 cm

8) Strengthening the roadsides with aggregate gr. min. 10 cm

9) Restoration of road markings, vertical markings

10) Humusowanie in obsianie sharp

1.The detailed scope of works is included in the design documentation, detailed technical specifications and in the bill of quantities, which is an auxiliary part of determining the number of works.

Due to the fact that the contract for works is a lump-sum contract, if there is a larger number of works in any item during the execution of works, it will not be considered as additional work with a demand for additional remuneration. Any lack of certain works necessary to be performed on the basis of design documentation in the bill of quantities or in the tender cost estimate does not release the Contractor from the obligation to perform them on the basis of the design documentation at the contractual price.

2. The Contractor undertakes to perform the works covered by this contract with due diligence, in accordance with the design documentation, with Detailed Technical Specifications, principles of technical knowledge, applicable Standards and Construction Law.

3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the Simplified traffic organization project prepared by ZDW in Lublin and submitted to the Contractor after signing the contract (for the duration of the works) approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads, i.e. the Marshal of the Lubelskie Voivodeship.

4.The Contractor is obliged to maintain the cleanliness of public roads, on which construction vehicles and transport materials will move, to make an inventory and review of the zero state of roads intended for transport and to agree with the relevant managers how to use the agreed roads. In the case of possible compensation claims of administrators and managers for the destruction of roads and streets by transport of the construction site, the Contractor is obliged to repair them at his own expense, which will not be subject to separate payment and is included in the contract price.

5. The design documentation is adapted to the needs of all users, including accessibility for people with disabilities. As a public facility, after the completion of the extension, it will not have accessibility restrictions by all road users, including the disabled, which is required by the provisions regarding the requirements of, m.in. for technical conditions to be met by public roads (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 124, as amended), road engineering structures (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 63, item 735, as amended) and buildings (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1422, as amended).

6. The contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements for electromobility in accordance with the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1083, as amended) referred to in the draft contract.

As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the participation of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the public task in question, in the share specified in Article 68 paragraph 3 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1083, as amended), taking into account Article 36a specifying the rules for rounding percentages when calculating the number of required vehicles, in so far as the performance of a public task requires the disposal of motor vehicles. The specific number of vehicles will be indicated by the Contractor at the stage of signing the contract.

7. The subject of the contract is described as defined in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the PZP Act. The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions to those described provided that the Contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Articles 104-107, that the proposed solutions satisfy the requirements set out in the subject description orders.
