The OEG in collaboration with the EDF company wishes to carry out a LIDAR survey of the reservoir of Lake Petit Saut in French Guiana and its surroundings in the Sinnamary River watershed (2500 km²).
The objective of this acquisition is to collect elevation data to improve knowledge about:
- the water resource and the volume of water that can be used for the reservoir,
- the microtopography of the lake and its surroundings (islands, wetlands, forest cover, aquatic habitats, sandbanks, erosion or deposition zones),
- the presence of dead wood to visualize habitat areas and preserve living corridors for aquatic fauna in line with in situ data,
- the presence of gold panning sites, tracks and roads
- biomass and GHG production by forests,
- industrial or pre-Columbian archaeological remains,
This survey will have to be carried out at the low level of the withholding or on the last quarter of 2023
topographic acquisition of the Petit Saut reservoir and its surroundings by LIDAR method and data processing on the Sinnamary River watershed in French Guianathe service of the firm tranche covers the entire Petit Saut reservoir in the Sinnamary River watershed in French Guiana. The Footprint of the LIDAR project is provided as an appendix to this document in GIS format.
Displacements are to be expected at least at the level of the dam to control the geodesy on the references of the site. Travel to various points in the area to be covered is also necessary for the realization of the control zones.
topographic acquisition of the Petit Saut reservoir and its surroundings by LIDAR method and data processing on the Sinnamary River watershed in French GuianaThe area measures approximately 1055 km², it covers the entire reservoir.
The area to be measured for the conditional tranche covers the surroundings of the reservoir and is shown below. The incumbent will have to add checkpoints to limit errors x, y, z between points. The total area measures approximately 2144 km² or without the lake an area of about 1089 km²
