Absalon University College - New Campus Næstved

The project includes the construction plan for the site with outlay of 8.100 m2 of settlement as well as the design and construction of a 1st stage new construction on cadastral No. 59at, Næstved Bygrunde, located at the address Teatergade 21, Næstved.

The task is not divided into sub-contracts, with the Builder wanting a simple contract construction and clear boundary and cut faces.

To provide the right framework around design and innovation, the tender is conducted as a tender with negotiation under the Tender Act §§61-66.

The tender material is published on the tender portal www.rib-software.dk/tender portal, tender number: TN645906A, where all interested companies can brief themselves on the tender offer and where the total tender material including tender conditions is published.

Interested companies may search either as one applicant, possibly with subcontractors (advisers/contractors) or as an association of companies (such as a consortium).

Collectively, the applicant shall have competences in construction and architectural, engineering and landscape architect works.

If the applicant is a consortium, a consortium declaration shall be submitted together with the application, as provided for the tendering material.

Pursuant to Section 144 of the Procurement Act, the applicant may support his application to the economic and financial and/or technical and professional capacity of one or more third parties (other “entities”). If this is the case, please the application attached to declarations of support or other evidence demonstrating that the supporting third party for the fulfilment of the contract tendered actually provides the necessary economic and financial capacity and/or technical and professional capacity for the applicant. The support statement template is part of the tender material.

In this tender, a completed ESPD must be submitted. The completed ESPD is preliminary proof that the applicant is fit to participate in the tender and is not subject to some of the exclusion reasons applicable to the tender offer.

ESPD is part of the tender material on the tender portal and must be completed on the tender portal.

In the ESPD, the applicant must provide information about the applicant, as well as financial ratios and reference information. Reference information may also be provided in an Annex to the application.

If the applicant is an association of companies (such as a consortium), the application must contain a completed and signed ESPD from each of the participants of the association.

If the applicant pursuant to Section 144 of the Tender Act supports his application to or more third parties (other “entities”), a completed and signed ESPD shall be submitted for each supporting entity together with the application.

The application shall contain one or more ESPDs filled in with the requested information on the applicant, ratios financial and references (if applicable in a separate Annex).

The application may contain a maximum of 8 references documenting the technical and professional competence of the applicant with:

a. the design and construction of major teaching construction as a total contractor

b. architecture advice related to major teaching construction

c. engineering advice related to major teaching construction

d. DGNB certification or other certification schemes

The reference projects shall not be older than 5 years. Only works/benefits performed at the time of application will be added importance when assessing which applicants have the most relevant references. Thus, in the case of an ongoing task, it is only the part of the workers/benefits already performed at the time of application that will be included in the assessment of the reference. A reference may cover several of the above categories a. — d.

The references should include information on:

Builder, mail and phone number for contact

Address

Floor area of terrain and possibly basement

Total Reprisesum, Alternative Entreprenesum and Advisor Fees

Brief description of the project, including the mode of cooperation (total contract, general contract, trade contract, total advisor, etc.)

Brief description of the roles and tasks of the applicant.
