The purpose of the framework agreement is to have the expertise of professionals to complement that of the "communication cell" Hadopi.

The incumbent brings his know-how, his experience and his advices for the conception and the realization of campaign (s) of information and awareness media (mainly Internet) aiming in particular within the framework of the 1 st subsequent market to induce a change of behavior of Internet users in the online consumption of cultural works.

The incumbent also provides support for messages, actions or occasional events of the institution involving advice and assistance on:

- the online communication of the institution,

- the drafting of the elements necessary for the good understanding and the valorization of the strategic projects of the high authority (press release or press kit, elements of language and arguments, etc.).
