The object of the contract is the awarding of fixed armed security services to be carried out with sworn private guards (GPG), a fixed concierge, occasional armed surveillance with external passage to be carried out with a GPG guard aboard a car or motorcycle linked to the Rome offices, for the management, by connecting to the operating room of the Supervisory Company, of the intrusion alarm and video surveillance systems, maintenance of the technological control equipment installed at the same sites.

The amount based on the tender, totaling EUR 3 771 756.32 (excluding VAT), is calculated on a four-year basis (3 years of contractual duration with renewal option for another year) and includes labor costs estimated at 2 715 664.55 EUR.

The security charges associated with interference risks, which are not subject to discount, are EUR 300.00.
