There are also application contracts; especially:

A) first application contract to be signed at the same time as the Framework Agreement:

1) supply of 5 articulated buses with methane power and ten-year full service spare parts;

B) any subsequent application contracts up to the amount of a further 15 buses; Indicatively, there will be three application contracts each for the supply of 5 vehicles in addition to the additional services provided for in the tender specifications. By agreement, the parties may modify the number of buses covered by the individual application contracts without this entailing changes to the offer presented.

The signing of the Framework Agreement and the first application contract does not create any obligation on the part of GTT to enter into the further application contracts nor will the failure to enter into any right of the successful bidder of the Framework Agreement to compensation or indemnity.

In any case, the exercise of the fifth obligation in increase or decrease is reserved.

The signing of the additional application contracts will be subject in particular to the financial availability resulting from the tender economies and the possible need for price revisions, as well as to the availability of further financing.

In any case, the unit prices offered will be binding for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement, without prejudice to the revision of prices referred to in the Special Tender Specifications.
