As a federal enterprise, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its goals in international cooperation for sustainable development.
In order to ensure the selection of highly qualified specialists, managers and junior staff, GIZ carries out a careful selection of personnel with the involvement of external selection consultants who are responsible for aptitude diagnostics. The selection currently applies to specialists and managers in Germany and abroad in various functions and types of assignments, as well as to trainees and trainees. The Recruitment - External Labour Market Group (OE 69D0) is responsible for filling the vacancies that need to be filled by external specialists due to the lack of internal applicants. As of today, the working group conducts approx. 1,500 (total: 2022) selection procedures annually - usually virtually - with external and internal applicants with the involvement of external consultants.
The subject of this call is the conclusion of a framework agreement (RV) on the implementation of various personnel selection procedures by qualified consultants for aptitude diagnostics provided during the term of the contract. The aim of the tender is to unite a contractor (AN) under the RV who will provide external consultants on dates set by the AG to carry out the various selection procedures.
The contract term of the RV will cover a period of 24 months, with the option of a one-time extension for a further 24 months. The AG calculates the total volume with an estimated volume of 3,1806,360 proceedings for 48 months. The maximum amount is 7,632 3,816 procedures for 48 months. The distribution of these estimated and maximum quantities can be found in the tender specifications.
