1) Supply of Calcium Hydroxideto SIA ‘Rīgas ūdens’ in accordance with the technical specification and conditions of the procurement contract;

2) The planned maximum amount of calcium hydroxide is 161 000 kg (in 7 (seven) separate deliveries according to the orders);

3) Delivery term – not longer than 30 (thirty) days from the day of the separate order;

4) The contracting authority shall purchase the Products within approximately 12 (twelve) months counting from the day of entry of the Procurement Contract into effect on the basis of separate orders up to the moment when the total amount of the product is achieved.
