The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil /light/ for a fishing vessel, adapted to BALTICA / WHEN – 100 /

Completion date: 12 months from signing the contract

The agreement will be signed no earlier than 15.01.2024

- Diesel oil compliant with ISO 8217:2017 with sulphur content up to 0.1%

- Fuel density must be higher than 0.82 g/cm3 in 15 0C and lower than 0.86 g/cm3 in 15 0C

- place of delivery - port Dalmor S.A. Gdynia, 10 Hryniewicki Street

- collection of oil - on the side of the ship by St. Mechanic or authorised person,

- delivery form - car tanker with its own oil supply device for vessel tanks/quality of delivery confirmed by atest/,

- one-time delivery — 10 to 30 tonnes of diesel fuel,

- the amount of diesel oil ordered during the term of the contract is 350 tonnes (depending on the number of days the ship has been operating at sea),

- payment terms - 21 days after receipt of the invoice from the Provider,

- delivery of fuel 24 h for 7 days a week,

- The Contracting Authority /Shipower/ agrees the delivery date and quantity by telephone and confirms by email,

- The shipowner has an AKC-PR document — confirmation of the registration declaration with the Customs Office for excise duty,

- the price for the delivery of diesel fuel for the duration of the contract will be fixed in a uniform manner according to the specified indicator /date of email from the Ordering Authority/,

Due to the difficulty of determining the prices of diesel fuel during the year, please provide the price index / P / according to which the offers will be compared and the price of the ordered diesel fuel will be determined during the year. The offer chosen will be the one with the lowest price index / P/.

A - the price of 1 tonne of diesel fuel delivered to the ship including the cost of transport in Polish zlotys

B - sales price in USD 1 ton of diesel oil (Gasoil 0.1%) as of the date of the order placed by the Shipowner (MIR - PIB) in writing by e-mail according to the stock exchange quotations for Gasoil 0.1 from the table Northwest Europe Cargoes CIF NWE/Basis ARA value higher.

$ - cost of 1 USD according to the table of the average rate of NBP from the date of placing the order

In the offer, please provide the price index, assuming the price calculated as the product of 998 USD/tonne from the table of Northwest Europe Cargoes CIF NWE/Basis ARA exchange quotations for Gasoil 0.1% higher value as of 13.09.2023 and 4.3225 PLN/USD of the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of 13.09.2023
