Execution of construction works for the investment of the NCs:
“Improving the communication accessibility of ŚCO and WSZ hospitals in the area of Jagiellońska, Karczówkowska, Podklasztorna and Artwińskiego streets in Kielce”
comprising the following tasks:
Rass. 1 Expansion of the intersection of Jagiellońska Street with Karczówkowska Street and Kamińskiego Street in Kielce.
2 Construction of the intersection of Kamińskiego, Podklasztorna and Bernardyńska streets in Kielce with the expansion of Podklasztorna Street.
3 Construction of sanitary sewage system in Kamińskiego Street.
Zad. 4 Modernization of Artwińskiego Street in Kielce
Construction works for the above-mentioned investments include, among others:
1) Task 1 Expansion of the intersection of Jagiellońska Street with Karczówkowska Street and Kamińskiego Street in Kielce:
a) the extension of the intersection of Jagiellońska Street with Karczówkowska Street with the direct inclusion of Kamińskiego Street along with the correction in the plan of the section of Karczówkowska Street in the direction of Jagiellońska - Szkolna — analyzed 4 — inlet intersection with traffic light,
b) liquidation of the inclusion of Karczówkowska Street in Jagiellońska Street for the section between Jagiellońska — Podklasztorna streets.
c) reconstruction of the old road Karczówkowska Street in a pavement made of slabs and granite cubes with visibility of the historical axis of the Baroque tract,
d) changing the location and inclusion of the eastern section of Karczówkowska Street and closing the inclusion of the western section with the formation of the T-type dizziness,
e) construction and reconstruction of bicycle and pedestrian paths,
f) construction of bus bays and parking bays with installation of bus shacks,
g) reconstruction of pedestrian crossings and bicycle crossings,
h) construction and reconstruction of public and individual conunions,
i) reconstruction and construction of the infrastructure of the area related to the operation of roads, i.e. rainwater drains, street lighting and technological channel,
j) collision reconstruction of technical infrastructure (teletechnical, gas, electricity network),
k) installation of the information board in accordance with the guidelines of the Provincial Świętokrzyskie Monument Conservator,
l) relocation of the existing sculpture (Karczówkowska street, the area of the intersection with Jagiellońska Street) located on the plot no. 450/3 within 0015,
m) demolition of colliding fences, information boards, advertisements,
n) adaptation of traffic organization to changes made in land use,
(o) felling of interfering trees and shrubs,
p) compensation plantings according to the green industry project,
2) Task 2 Construction of the intersection of Kamińskiego, Podklasztorna and Bernardyńska streets in Kielce with the expansion of Podklasztorna Street:
a) reconstruction and construction of Kamińskiego Street towards Podklasztorna Street with embankment and border made of retaining walls,
b) reconstruction of Podklasztorna Street by making a roadway and designating an additional left-turn in Kamińskiego Street,
c) reconstruction of the loop in the area of Karczówkowska Street by increasing the diameter of the island and widening the roadway,
d) construction of walkways,
e) construction of retaining walls,
f) construction of bicycle and pedestrian and bicycle paths,
(g) designation of bus bays,
h) construction of stormwater drains,
i) construction of street lighting and technological channel,
j) reconstruction of technical infrastructure networks (electricity, teletechnical networks),
k) reconstruction and construction of public and individual conunions,
l) adaptation of traffic organization to changes made in development,
m) demolition of fences, dismantling of information boards and advertisements,
n) felling of interfering trees and shrubs,
o) execution of compensation plantings in accordance with the industry project- green.
3) Task 3 Construction of sanitary sewage system in Kamińskiego Street:
a) construction of a section of the sanitary sewerage system in Kamińskiego str. 200 section length of about 260 m from PVC pipes with booms from pipes 160 with connection to the existing network,
b) construction of sewerage wells made of concrete rings, 1,2 m,
(c) felling of colliding trees and shrubs.
4) Task 4 Modernization of Artwińskiego Street in Kielce:
a) reconstruction of sidewalks,
b) reinforcement of the pavement and reconstruction of the roadway of Artwińskiego Street,
c) installation of stop carts and trash cans.
