The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) is an executive agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA). The Water Management Unit (WMU) of the NIEA operates a laboratories facility at Antrim Road, Lisburn. NIEA require a Contractor to supply, deliver, install, provide warranty and training of staff in the use of a Headspace Gas Chromatographic Single Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer, (HSGCMS SQ), to perform trace level quantitative analysis of a range of organic pollutants in contaminated boreholes and surface waters.
