Provision of vessel chartering services for a guard vessel during the offshore work phase of laying and protecting export cables for the wind farm in Saint-Brieuc Bay. The scope of intervention includes all the classic missions of watchdog vessels (surveillance, assistance, rescue vessels, prevention and information for sea users, etc.).
The service includes the chartering and maintenance of the ship, the sailing crew, and the associated services and logistical means to ensure the missions entrusted.
The watchdog vessel is in service 24/7 with > 90% operational availability.
The ship will be one of the representatives on site of the RTE group, and must in all circumstances comply with the regulations and practices in force, and not tarnish the image of the RTE group.
Provision of vessel chartering services for a guard vessel mission in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc in an area extending from the coastal strip of Erquy to the offshore wind farm of Saint-Brieuc (non-limiting area, which can be extended if necessary). The target date for the start of the service is planned for July 2022.
The ship should also be able to carry out towing operations and assistance to ships in difficulty if necessary, as well as anti-pollution actions (deployment of booms and other anti-pollution means; optional at this stage).
The ship must be able to load, transport and store equipment on board autonomously (max 6 pallets); to transport a RTE representative or a representative of the authority in case of damage or opposition to work; to host a RTE representative for a period of < 1 week.
