Description:
Delivery of IT equipment as part of the SOPAB project

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of IT equipment as part of the SOPAB project.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

3. All requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the bid pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
